■返品・交換について
1. 返品・交換期限
- 商品到着後30日以内（到着日含む）に、LINEかメールでご連絡お願い致します。
- 商品の不備を確認するため、メールに画像を添付いただく場合がございます。
- 返品のご連絡をいただいた日から30日間を過ぎた場合の返品はお受けできません。
2. 返品・交換の条件
- 当社都合の場合
未使用の状態で商品に不具合があった場合（破損、汚れ等）やご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合など、当社に起因する理由での返品・交換につきましては、すべてのお客様を対象に、返品・交換にかかる送料を当社が全額負担いたします。
- お客様都合の場合
お客様のご都合による返品・交換の場合、送料はお客様のご負担となります。（例：モニターとの色違い、イメージ違い、ご注文間違いなど） 。手数料一律1,000円を申し受けます。
ただし、使用済みや箱・付属品がない場合は返品・交換をお受けできません。
3. 会員様向け返品・交換時の送料サービスについて
会員のお客様には、返品・交換時の送料に関しまして、以下のサービスをご提供しております。お客様のご都合による返品・交換につきましては、会員ランクに応じて以下の特典が適用されます。メールアドレスを入力するだけで簡単に会員登録ができ、交換時には片道分の送料が無料になります。

上記会員特典は、「お客様都合」による返品・交換で、かつ「返品・交換の条件」に明記されている規定を満たす場合に適用されます。
特典は、有効なご注文1件につき1回のみ適用されます。
対象となる送料は標準配送費用であり、離島や遠隔地への追加料金などの特殊な費用は含みません。
4.ご注意事項
次の商品の返品・交換は、お受けできませんのでご了承ください。
返金をご希望の場合、必ず事前にお問い合わせメールまたは電話番号にてご連絡ください。お荷物の到着と再販売に支障がないことを確認した後、返金処理を行います。
■返金について
- 代金引換でご購入の場合
お客様には銀行関連情報のご提供をお願いいたします。
- オンライン決済の場合
現金到着までの日数は銀行により決定され、通常7～15営業日となります。
交換をご希望の場合、再販売可能な状態の商品をご返送ください。その際、発送時に使用した宅配便の伝票と梱包材を同封していただきますようお願いいたします。

4. Important Notes
For refunds, please ensure to contact us in advance through email or phone. Refunds will be processed once the returned merchandise is received and verified to be in resale condition.
Refund Procedures
We will require bank account details from the customer to process the refund.
The time needed for the refund to reflect will be determined by the bank, typically taking 7–15 business days.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product in resaleable condition. Include the original delivery slip and packaging materials.
