■配送について

佐川急便あるいはヤマト運輸にて、お届けします。

商品のお届けには、通常1～13日ほどお時間をいただいております。

・在庫のある商品：ご注文の受付後、1～3営業日以内に発送いたします。
・配送所要日数：一部の商品は上海から発送されるため、お届けまでに1～10日ほどお時間をいただきます。

※代金引換をご利用の場合、配送に7～14日ほど要することがございます。

■送料について

通常送料無料です。ただし、沖縄、北海道、鹿児島への配送は送料1,990円かかります。

※天候や交通事情等で遅延する場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

※ご注文後1時間以内であれば、出荷されていない場合に限り、カスタマーサービスへご連絡いただくことでキャンセルが可能です（出荷後のキャンセルは不可）。

※ご住所不明や長期不在などで商品をお届けできない場合、商品は当社に返送されます。

※オンライン決済のキャンセルには手数料が発生することがありますので、予めご了承ください（詳細はカスタマーサービスまでお問い合わせください）。

※商品の発送準備が整いましたら、出荷完了メールにてお知らせいたします。皆様のご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

About Delivery

We use Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport for our deliveries.

Delivery typically takes 1 to 13 days.

・In-stock items: We ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your order.
・Delivery timeframe: Some items are shipped from Shanghai, so please allow 1 to 10 days for delivery.

※If you choose cash on delivery, shipping may take 7-14 days.

 

Shipping Fees

 

Shipping is generally free of charge. However, deliveries to Okinawa, Hokkaido, and Kagoshima will incur a shipping fee of 1,990 JPY.

 

Important Notes

• Delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
• Orders can be canceled by contacting customer service within 1 hour post-order placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped (orders cannot be canceled once shipped).
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to unknown addresses or prolonged absence, items will be returned to us.
• Online payment cancellations may incur handling fees; please contact customer service for details.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
