配送と送料について

2. 発送時期・お届け日数について
当店「kenpogen」では、商品の種類によってお届け日数が異なります。各種類商品の発送時期和配送期間につきましては、下表をご確認ください。なお、すべての商品において、発送が完了いたしましたら別途メールにてご連絡いたしますので、ご確認のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

At "kenpogen", delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of product. Please refer to the table below for the dispatch timing and delivery period of each product category. Furthermore, for all orders, a separate shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your items have been dispatched, so please be sure to check your inbox.

- Customs & International Logistics: Logistics timelines (delivery days) may fluctuate slightly due to international transport schedules, customs clearance inspections, and major holiday seasons (such as Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays, etc.).
- Force Majeure & Natural Disasters: In the event of severe weather or natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy snow, etc.), order dispatch and shipping services may be temporarily suspended depending on the severity, which may prevent delivery by your preferred date and time.
